DELIVERY TIMES AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Moni Lisa offers free delivery for every purchase. Delivery time, calculated from the order confirmation, are as follows:
– Within 5 working days for orders shipped to Italy;
– Within 7 working days for orders shipped throughout Europe.
The order will be delivered by the following carriers: Fedex, UPS or DHL.
The terms refer to working days and do not include blank holidays; they are intended to be indicative, any delays due to carriers or to any third part, cannot be imputed to us. We do not deliver to P.O. box or Hold Mail.
As soon as the carrier has taken charge of the shipment, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address associated to the account through which the order has been placed.
This email will contain the link to track your order online. Products are delivered in their original packaging and along with their warranty. For further information, see the Warranty section of Moni Lisa Jewels.
WHERE DOES MONI LISA DELIVER TO?
We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Monaco, Czech Republic, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary.
If the customer does not come from any of the previous countries, an email can be written by filling the contact form of the “Contact us” section on Moni Lisa’s website and by indicating “Purchase request from another Country” as object; the message must contain:
• the name of the requested Product and the referring Short Code;
• the Country and the city of origin;
• the preferred payment methods.
We will endeavour to satisfy every possible request.
